A fully funded PhD position is available in the Food Packaging Lab within the Department of Packaging and Graphic Media Science at Rochester Institute of Technology.
We are seeking a self-driven, highly motivated researcher interested in working on food packaging, including sustainable and smart packaging systems, barrier coatings, paper-based packaging, and advanced materials for next-generation packaging applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ø Background in food packaging, materials science, paper science, polymer science, or related fields
Ø Prior research experience
Strong interest in innovative, sustainable, and high-performance packaging solutions
